There is a risk associated with cocaine use and the extent of this risk may depend on how far into the pregnancy you were when you discovered that you were pregnancy and this may effect which organs may be affected. It will also depend on the extent of your use as there is some evidence that even using cocaine once can harm the baby. Only of the main problems associated with cocaine use is miscarriage. If you have any concerns it is worth talking to your doctor as it may be possible to carry out extra scans to check the fetal development.

Any pregnancy carries a 3-5% risk of fetal abnormalities. It is advised that you avoid alcohol and drugs whilst pregnant. It may also be advisable to stay away from children that are contagious with parvovirus or chicken pox. Physical activities however are unlikely to cause structural abnormalities in utero.
